Cardio Barre & Yoga
This hour and a half class is 60 minutes of Cardio Barre and 30 minutes of Yoga! Do it all at once or, split it into two if you don’t have a lot of time. Try the cardio barre part one day and then maybe the next day take a walk or jog and finish up with the 30 minutes of yoga. Only $8 for the whole class! You just need a mat and a sturdy chair. 😁
