Cardio Bootcamp
This class uses a dumbbell (5-10lbs), a loop resistance band, gliders, and a sandbell. (Most people don’t have a sandbell, so substitute a soft lunchbox filled with items to make it weight about 5-10 lbs, or use the dumbbell for the sandbell exercises. A paper plate or towel can be used for a glider. The band is hard to substitute, but all the exercises can be done without if you don’t have one at home!) Turn on your favorite tunes and have a great workout!
