Try out this short but effective yoga class fused with strength and cardio elements. You will need lighter weights (1-5lbs OR soup cans or water bottles), a yoga brick, and a mat. After I was done filming I realized I forgot to do pigeon pose, laying on our back, on the left. So when you are doing this workout, try to squeeze that in for a couple seconds right after the foot on the yoga brick part is done...if you remember! 😂😂😂
